Dear Volunteer,

Thank you for wanting to volunteer for the upcoming Imps event.

By volunteering you are committing to contribute your own unique energies to the creation of a sex-positive space for our guests, where they, and you, feel safe, comfortable and free to express and explore sexuality, dance, flirt and have a great time.

Each volunteer is required to work 4 hours minimum, two at the event, and two hours helping with either set-up or break-down. In addition, each volunteer must attend two meetings, one for your crew and one all volunteer gathering. If you wish, you are welcome, and encouraged, to attend meetings/trainings of crews other than the one you are working.

Mandatory Meeting dates:
There are two mandatory meetings for all Imps Volunteers. The first all volunteer meeting is Saturday, October 10th, 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. You will be contacted with the location once your volunteer position is assigned. This is where you get the chance to meet and bond with other volunteers and your crew mates, as well as learn important information about the upcoming event.

The second all volunteer gathering is called the Lovefest and is the night of the event October 24th at 7:30 on site. You will get to see your crew mates again, all dressed up in their sexy outfits, and be part of the opening ceremonies, intent setting and doing the wave.

Although it may seem like we are asking for a lot of effort, volunteering is about more than a work/ticket trade, you are actually volunteering to help create a safe, fun environment for you and others to play and explore sexuality. Volunteering is truly a rewarding experience. Past volunteers have not only developed life long friendships, some have even married each other!
